The position is based at the LOEWE Center "DynaRel - Dynamics of Religion: Ambivalent Neighborhoods between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam in Historical and Contemporary Constellations,"which researches the diverse and complex religious, cultural, and political dynamics between the three major monotheistic religions. In addition, the influence of state regulatory measures, the impact of increasing Sunni normativity, and the relevance of historical and everyday experience in dealing with religious plurality will be examined.
