At theFaculty of Economics, Law and Social Sciences of the University of Erfurt, the following limited position with 30 hours per week is available at the earliest possible date:
Research Associate (f/m/x) at the professorship for Organisation and Management Pay category E 13 TV-L (75 %)
Area of Responsibility
- provision of services and collaboration in research and teaching (3 LVS) in the department
- participation in preparing and conducting research projects of the professorship
- supervision of student work
- participation in administrative tasks of the professorship
- own qualification (doctorate research) in the field of the professorship, which focuses on theory-based and especially empirical research on corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and business ethics
What we expect
- successfully completed university studies in business economics or related fields with above-average grades at master level
- solid knowledge in the main subjects of the professorship
- interest and ability to provide high-quality contributions in research and teaching
- ability to work in a team, communication skills, commitment to work also independently in the fields of activity of the professorship
- German language skills: very good knowledge (level at least comparable to B2) in oral and written language use
- English language skills: very good knowledge (level at least comparable to B2) in oral and written language use1
