Die Stelle ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.

Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Transferförder-, Fördermittel- und Fundraising-Strategie für die UTN
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung nationaler und internationaler Förderprogramme sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Förder- und Finanzierungsstrategien für Transferaktivitäten
  • Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Community-Building- und Vernetzungsmaßnahmen mit Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft
  • Strategische Beratung von Forschenden zu Transfer-, Förder- und Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten sowie Begleitung komplexer Förder- und Fundraising-Vorhaben
  • Weiterentwicklung von Transferprozessen, Monitoring- und Evaluationsinstrumenten sowie Vertretung der Universität gegenüber Fördermittelgebern, Projektträgern und strategischen Partnern

Profil:

Erforderlich:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium auf Master Niveau in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, z. B. Innovationsmanagement und Entrepreneurship, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wissenschaftsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige (mindestens zwei Jahre) einschlägige Berufserfahrung, bspw. im Fördermittelmanagement, Fundraising, Wissens- und Technologietransfer oder Wissenschaftsmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Konzepte sowie im Management komplexer Projekte und Kooperationen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Wissens- und Technologietransfer sowie Verständnis der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen sowie Fähigkeit, Transferstrukturen und -prozesse konzeptionell weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fähigkeit, tragfähige strategische Partnerschaften und Netzwerke zu initiieren und weiterzuentwickeln

Strategic Technology Transfer and Community Building Specialist (m/f/d)

This is a two-year fixed-term position.

Tasks:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic knowledge transfer, grant, and fundraising strategy for UTN
  • Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating national and international funding programs, and developing appropriate funding and financing strategies for knowledge transfer activities
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, as well as developing and implementing community-building and networking initiatives with academia, industry, and society
  • Providing strategic advice to researchers on knowledge transfer, funding, and financing opportunities, as well as supporting complex funding and fundraising projects
  • Further developing knowledge transfer processes, monitoring, and evaluation tools, as well as representing the university in dealings with funding agencies, project sponsors, and strategic partners

Profile:

Required:

  • A successfully completed master’s degree in economics, e.g., innovation management and entrepreneurship, business administration, industrial engineering, science management, or a comparable field
  • Several years (at least two years) of relevant professional experience, e.g., in grant management, fundraising, knowledge and technology transfer, or science management
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic concepts, as well as in managing complex projects and collaborations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a reliable work ethic
  • Very good command of German and good written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • In-depth knowledge of knowledge and technology transfer, as well as an understanding of the interface between science, business, and society
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to conceptually develop transfer structures and processes
  • Ability to initiate and further develop sustainable strategic partnerships and networks
