Manager/-in für Innovationsscouting und Gründungskultur (m/w/d) | Innovation Scouting and Start-up Culture Manager (m/f/d)

Die Stelle ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.

Aufgaben:

  • Identifikation und Begleitung von Forschungs-, Innovations- und Gründungsvorhaben mit Transferpotenzial sowie Weiterentwicklung von Scoutingprozessen und -instrumenten
  • Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Ideenwettbewerben, Workshops, Beratungs- und Sensibilisierungsformaten sowie Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Innovation, Transfer und Gründung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Studierenden, Promovierenden sowie Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern zu Innovations-, Transfer- und Gründungsmöglichkeiten einschließlich Vermittlung geeigneter Förder- und Netzwerkangebote
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beratungs-, Netzwerk- und Förderstrukturen sowie Dokumentation, Auswertung und Nachverfolgung von Aktivitäten und Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei Evaluation und Berichterstattung einschließlich Entwicklung von Kennzahlen, Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Antragsunterlagen

Profil:

Erforderlich:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium auf Bachelor Niveau, z. B. Innovationsmanagement und Entrepreneurship, Betriebswirtschaft, in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem anderen der Tätigkeit entsprechenden Fach
  • Mehrjährige (mindestens zweijährige) einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfreude sowie sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

  • Berufserfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst und/ oder Hochschulbereich
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement / Projektkoordination, Innovationsmanagement, Gründungsförderung, Wissens- und Technologietransfer, Veranstaltungs- und Workshopmanagement, Netzwerk- und Stakeholdermanagement, Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsmanagement

Innovation Scouting and Start-up Culture Manager (m/f/d)

This is a two-year fixed-term position.

Tasks:

  • Identifying and supporting research, innovation and start-up projects with potential for commercialisation, as well as further developing scouting processes and tools
  • Designing, organising and running ideas competitions, workshops, advisory and awareness-raising initiatives, as well as measures to promote innovation, commercialisation and start-ups
  • Providing advice and support to students, PhD candidates and researchers on opportunities for innovation, technology transfer and start-ups, including connecting them with suitable funding and networking opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining advisory, networking and funding structures, as well as documenting, evaluating and monitoring activities and projects
  • Contributing to evaluation and reporting, including the development of key performance indicators, the optimisation of processes, and the preparation of reports, presentations and application documents

Profile:

Required:

  • A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in economics, e.g. in innovation management and entrepreneurship, business administration, business informatics or another subject relevant to the role
  • Several years’ (at least two years’) relevant professional experience
  • Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills, as well as a reliable approach to work
  • An independent and results-oriented approach to work, a willingness to communicate, and a confident and engaging manner
  • Very good command of German and a good command of written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • Professional experience in the public sector and/or higher education
  • Practical experience in project management/project coordination, innovation management, start-up support, knowledge and technology transfer, event and workshop management, network and stakeholder management, and higher education and research management
