Architekt/-in (m/w/d)

Im Team Building Project Management arbeitest Du interdisziplinär mit Architekt/-innen_, Fachingenieur/-innen_ und Nutzer/-innen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen konkrete Räume werden. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Planungs- und Bauphase der Bauprojekte, Begutachtung von Planungen und Bauausführung sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Nutzeranforderungen
  • Mitarbeit in der Projektsteuerung großer und komplexer Baumaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten
  • Übernahme der Projektsteuerung, Planung und Abwicklung kleiner Baumaßnahmen wie z.B. Bauunterhalt und dem Ausbau von Mietflächen
  • Gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Baustandards und Zielvorstellungen für die Planung der neuen Universitätsgebäude
  • Entwicklung innovativer Arbeits- und Lernwelten
  • Definition, gemeinsam mit den künftigen Nutzer/-innen der Gebäude, von Raumbedarfen und Anforderungen
  • Begleitung des internen Change-Managements

Dein Profil:

Erforderlich:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Architektur, Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens ein Jahr einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, Planung und Projektdurchführung von Baumaßnahmen
  • Kenntnisse in den einschlägigen Rechtsnormen im Bau- und Planungsrecht
  • Kosten- und ergebnisorientierte sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung öffentlicher Bauprojekte
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich nachhaltiges Bauen, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) oder Smart Building bzw. in der Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen von Gebäuden
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und CAD-/BIM-Systemen

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the planning and construction phases of building projects, reviewing plans and construction work, and ensuring that user requirements are met
  • Contributing to the project management of large and complex construction projects while taking costs, schedules, and quality into account
  • Taking charge of project management, planning, and execution of small-scale construction projects, such as building maintenance and the fit-out of leased spaces
  • Joint development of construction standards and objectives for the planning of new university buildings
  • Development of innovative work and learning environments
  • Definition, together with the future users of the buildings, of space requirements and specifications
  • Support for internal change management

Your profile:

Required:

  • A successfully completed university degree specializing in architecture, engineering or similar
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience in project management, planning and project implementation of construction projects
  • Knowledge of the relevant legal standards in construction and planning law
  • Cost and results-orientated, independent and structured way of working
  • Assertiveness, organizational talent, ability to work under pressure and negotiating skills
  • High degree of service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in the realization of public construction projects
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction, technical building equipment (TGA) or smart building or in the sustainability certification of buildings
  • Knowledge of project management tools and CAD/BIM systems
