The professorship of food chemistry constitutes a cornerstone professorship of the Faculty of Life Sciences. We are looking for an internationally recognized researcher with an interdisciplinary research and teaching profile in food chemistry. The focus of the professorship should be on an area of modern food chemistry. This may involve, for example, reactions during food processing and storage, novel foods, bioactive compounds or dietary supplements.

Essential selection criteria
International research and teaching experience, excellent command of the English language, as well as the ability and willingness to teach courses in English are a prerequisite.
