We are looking for you:

TA in Molecular and Cellular Physiology of human cells (m/f/x)

in Planegg-Martinsried

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • To culture human iPSCs, neurons, astrocytes and OPCs in 2D;
  • To perform immunofluorescent staining and image acquisition;
  • To perform molecular biology: plasmids generation for transfection, library preparation for RNA seq;
  • To establish new protocol for 2D human culture.

Your qualifications:

  • Master degree in biology/developmental biology or related fields;
  • Experience in cell culture;
  • Experience with cell and molecular biological methods;
  • Proficient English language skills (both written and spoken);
  • Team player skills and enthusiasm to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
