About us:

The DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre ‘Simulation-based learning in higher education: Advancing research on process diagnostics and persona-lised interventions’ contributes to theory-building on personalising learning using simulations in higher education. As a joint research context, SHARP focuses on diagnosing and intervening as two highly relevant professional practices in many academic professions. The Central Administrative Project Z is currently looking for a scientific coordinator as parental leave cover. The position is located at the Department of Psychology, Chair of Education and Educational Psychology (Prof. Frank Fischer).

We are looking for you:

Scientific Coordinator as parental leave cover (m/f/x)

in München

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the governance structures defined in the statutes, as well as continuous documentation of project progress
  • Organisation of workshops and other events, support of dissemination and science transfer, coordination of gender equality measures
  • Support of early career researchers and international networking, support of Open Science measures in the primary research projects and standardisation across projects
  • Support of the financial and administrative management of the consortium and its subprojects
  • Support of the financial and resource control, and the documentation and reporting to the funding agency

Your qualifications:

  • You have a very good Master´s degree in the field of psychology, educational science, or learning sciences or related fields.
  • You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and working in research teams.
  • Prior experience in coordinating collaborative research projects is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.

  • The CRC provides all its members with tailored support, coaching and supervision.
  • You will be paid an attractive salary at the payscale of TV-L E13, from 40 to 50% FTE (depending on qualifications and previous experience). Your contract is initially limited to 16 months as a parental leave cover.
