JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The successful candidate will teach in the field of Organisational Behaviour and address human behaviour in organisations as well as the conditions under which collaboration, leadership and organisational change succeed.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent teaching skills and teach confidently in heterogeneous learning environments.
  • The successful candidate will deliver innovative teaching in English.
  • The successful candidate will actively contribute to the further development of our study programmes within an international context, as well as to the strategic development and leadership of the School.
  • The successful candidate will provide dedicated, individual academic support to students and maintain a strong on-campus presence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A completed university degree as well as a relevant doctoral qualification.
  • Sound expertise in Organisational Behaviour, cross-border teamwork, managing global teams, negotiating across borders, change management and human resource management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of human behaviour in organisations and the conditions that enable effective collaboration, leadership and organisational change.
  • Substantial teaching experience in an international environment.
  • An excellent command of the English language and strong didactic skills, particularly in dealing with heterogeneous student cohorts.
  • Intercultural competence, initiative and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic and committed team.
