You will be interested in the latest IT developments and eager to seize opportunities to develop processes further with a view to service orientation and optimising interfaces.

As an active member of the middle management team, you will be well-connected both within and outside the university. You will maintain close contact with the faculties, departments and university management.

You have professional experience in a position of responsibility, ideally within the higher education sector, as well as management experience. You are comfortable dealing with legal regulations.

You have already demonstrated your analytical skills and ability to get things done by delivering projects successfully. You are dedicated and resilient, and collaborate with your teams to find pragmatic and creative solutions to complex problems.

You play an active role in shaping the university and study conditions. In doing so, you pay particular attention to the needs of young people as they progress through their education.

You have a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, and you demonstrate outstanding communication skills and tact.

WE OFFER YOU

A wide-ranging role with plenty of scope for initiative awaits you at one of the most successful universities of applied sciences. Depending on your individual qualifications, remuneration is in accordance with the TV-L collective agreement, with a gross annual salary of up to €90,000 for a permanent position to be filled at the earliest possible date.

We value your sense of personal responsibility and teamwork, openness and appreciation, and foster a culture of collegiality, reliability and mutual respect.

A comprehensive induction process helps you familiarise yourself with the university’s processes and structures. We support your professional development and help you build a network across the federal state.

Highly committed and motivated colleagues are looking forward to working with you to continue shaping these areas of activity for the future.

It goes without saying that our health and fitness programmes, flexible working hours and family services also help you to strike a balance between work and your personal life.
