Aalen University of Applied Sciences is looking at the faculty optics and mechatronics in the course of study optical engineering to the earliest possible for one or twoAcademic employees / PhD-Students (f/m/d)- full-time 100% (39,5 hrs/week) or part-time higher than 50% (19,75 hrs/week) -Your task:

Scientific and technical method development in the field of high resolution physical-chemical analysis

Development of electronic sensor and control systems for separation, preparation and detection of substances in lowest concentrations

Independent research activity (basic research incl. applications)

Publication of the achieved results

Your profile:

You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physical engineering or a similar field with good grades.

You have solid knowledge and profound practical experience in analog electronic circuit technology. The focus is ideally on analog electrical measurement technology, signal processing and on switched-mode power supplies for higher voltages.

Knowledge in physical-chemical analytics (electromigrative separation techniques) is an advantage but can be worked out.
