Implementation and management of research grants & projects in the fields of bioengineering, biomedicine and biomedical AI at the national (DFG, BMBF, foundations), EU, and international scale

Continuous, pro-active and diligent support for all HPC PIs to warrant effective and compliant execution of all third party funded projects

Handling of project-related tasks with minimal supervision, including, but not limited to:

financial management and scientific reporting

monitoring of project progress

coordination/communication with central administration, funding agencies and project partners

Drafting and professional editing of manuscripts, grant proposals and scientific reports

Contribution to Grant-scouting and entpreneurial activities as needed

Your qualifications

Scientific background and advanced degree in engineering, life sciences or mathematics, Ph.D. level preferred

At least 3 years of experience in science project management, scientific editing, ms/grant writing or equivalent

Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills and high level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations and across hierarchies

Strong analytical skills and ability to reliably manage a broad range of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
