Establish an organoid culture for exocrine pancreas tissue and/or adipose tissue

Establish the analytical workﬂow to interrogate diﬀerentiation patterns of iPSCs into the respective cell lineages

Investigate cell-cell communication between pancreatic cells under various drug conditions by imaging

You will work in close cooperation with the Helmholtz AI for analysis high throughput imaging data

Your qualifications

You hold a master degree in either bioengineering, biology or biochemistry

Very good skills in spoken and written English

You are highly organized, and can work on complex problems at the interface of bioengineering and cell biology

You are willing to work in an international team

You have a proven publication record for operating advanced microscopes

Knowledge of a computer programming language (e.g. python or R) is a plus
