The Institute of Regenerative Biology and Medicine (IRBM) is looking for an experienced responsible institute secretary (f/m/x) to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for principle investigator Dr. Yuval Rinkevich and the team of the institute. Our lab explores how tissues/organs regenerate following injury and at multiple levels of biological organization and carries basic research and clinical implications.
The role of the institute secretary is to free time from organizing and administrative tasks so that the principle investigator can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. You will ensure that the principle investigator has excellent administrative support, enable him to focus on research and strategic development and high-level management issues. You will be expected to be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will be expected to multitask and be flexible in this dynamic and ever-evolving research and clinical environment and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
