We offer a full-time position (100 %, 40 hours per week), (initially) limited until 31st March 2027. An extension of the position is possible.
The positions are part of the "Digitalization and the Public Sphere" group, led by Professor Edda Humprecht. The group focuses on understanding how political communication processes develop and differ internationally based on the information environment. We are looking for candidates interested in current developments in political communication, such as new technology, user behavior and participation, digital journalism and news, and changing media systems. Successful candidates will be required to conduct independent research, work with the group members, and contribute to teaching.
The position is on a fixed term basis of 3 years and can be extended up to 6 years.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), part-time employment is possible if preferred.
